Every analytical sentence still cites an exact aggregate newsroom receipt, incompatible denominators remain separate, and non-live instruments remain visible as availability warnings. The public HTML, JSON and RSS surfaces remain as explicit availability notices, but the value-bearing reading and download stay withheld while source rights are denied. Unavailable is not zero and must not be read as no change.
