Content-addressed machine-draft English translations of every current Chinese-dominant Palimpsest wire item, every Chinese-dominant revision in the append-only event-version ledger, and every eligible current event record not already represented by that ledger. Each record preserves immutable item/event version bindings, original Chinese metadata, source and collection clocks, and separates bounded translation from clearly labeled background. Coverage is limited to captured headline and feed-excerpt metadata: Palimpsest does not fetch or republish article bodies, and original publishers retain their rights.
